I have a lot of respect for O'Leary's business acumen, unfortunately the same cannot be said for his employee relations.

If I was a Ryanair employee I'd be fuming right now. It may just be a joke, but think of all the off-colour jokes and taunts the crew will have to put up with over coming weeks.

You mean those ignorant people in uniform who annoy the crap out of people on a ryanair flight. They are employees? you wouldnt think it.

Joking aside. When can we expect to fly trans atlantic for a tenner?

I doubt you will ever be even able to smuggle yourself there in a suitcase for a tenner as the baggage charges would probably be too high. Your best bet is watch out for when Aer Lingus makes a cock-up of their service again as they did a while back with those €5 flights.
