A delicious mustard-based sauce for sausages.

    Try making this one in the frying pan just when your sausages have finished cooking.

    Honey
    Balsamic vinegar
    Wholegrain mustard

    Mix them together and thats it. Getting the quantities right is a bit tricky and might take a few tries. Go easy on the vinegar, just a dash. A teaspoon of mustard would be enough, along with say a liberal tablespoon of honey.
