does anyone have a general idea what the symptoms are for an appendicitis. i'm convincing myself that i have it. i've a dull pain in that area. not severe in anyway or sore to touch but almost like a mild stitch. it's been like that for a week but today it's kinda all over the general stomach area. any other symptoms i…
