Looking for a (mortgage) calculator applet for a website

Hi all,

I am looking for an applet or script that will allow me to include a mortgage calculator in a webpage. Any ideas? Examples are like those on many of the banks own sites, and a good simple one I found is on blueskymortgages.ie (but I don't want to plagerise theirs, just yet!). I don't seem to be getting the right keyword combo in search engines (they all keep giving me financial sites with mortgage calculators on them!)

Id say that wouldnt be a good move considering the designer of that site is a member on here and probably will read this message (Hi again Dave)

Im sure if you look at some of these or search for how to create a mortgage calculator you will get some results.
