This weekend we had hosted Pedro Bessa for a Brazilian Jiujitsu Seminar.

After a hard session Pedro had promoted 2 of our guys to Blue belt. With a nice friendly whipping :D:D

Shane O Donovan "Capoeira" & Andrew Dennehy "Rashers"

Congratulations guys and well deserved. ;)

    Well done guys

Thanks Steve & Liam for letting me train with you guys.
I was pretty tired after the sessions ( in actual fact I was F**ked) but really enjoyed the training.

If anyone want to train bjj in cork I whole heartly endorse this gym :)
