Well what do you Mac users think?

It's available today. I find some of the new features or updates to be pretty good, though I've only been using it now for an hour or so. I need more time so I'll get back to that one.

It's certainly slicker looking. The browse function may take some getting used to though. :)

    Is it just for Mac?

I can't download the bloody thing, keep getting redirected to some old firefox 2 download page.

Their servers took a fair hammering by the look of it.

Nope it's Mac and PC :)

Yep I encountered some difficulty when trying to download it earlier. As you can imagine there will be a lot of traffic tonight. Appearently 1.5 million people are downloading it tonight.

I've been running the beta releases for ages and I'm loving it. The new browser bar functionality is fantastic once you get used to it.

Mozilla's "Download Day" is gonna be a flop by the looks of it, their servers have been crapping out: http://www.theregister.co.uk/2008/06/17/firefox_3_debuts/

Well it certainly is faster than previous versions. It's instantly noticeable.

Running it this evening but doubt will use it much after this. One of the few things I ever user FF for is Greasemonkey and StumpleUpon, neither extension is compatible (yet). So that rules me out as a user until someone does something :p by then ill prob have forgotten all about it again!

started using it earlier and love it. my most important extentions work (adblock & gmail notifier) so i'm fine there. it's much faster, very noticable.. and i like the UI tweaks. haven't gotten down to some more of the nitty-gritty features under the hood, but on the surface it seems like a far better browser then ff2.x was. i've always preferred ff over safari anyway, but this one out-performs safari by quite a bit as far as i can tell

Think I'll be sticking with Safari. It's great how Firefox integrates better than previous versions.

Is it just me or is scrolling crazy (trackpad)? It seemed to improve somewhat when I enabled smooth scrolling but it still scrolls far to much with a small swipe.

Works great for me. Much more responsive for me. Moved from Google Browser Sync to Mozilla Weave without any problems. Lovin' it!
