    dear all!

we're having a dilema with the booking of our wedding?

we have decided that we'l like to get married in florence, italy, but the bishop as of last year is cutting back on the amount of foreigners wanting to have church weddings in florence.typical for us!!!

on top of all this, our travel agents in galway are slow to say the least in getting any type of info, they keep saying the delay is on italian side!
what we know so far have been researched on internet!
we've come across some website companies, that can offer our florence wedding, but we're just weary in handing over any money for their serivces!

is there anyone who has had or planning a wedding in florence- catholic, church ceremony? any advice would be so appreciated.

otherwise i think we'll be changing location!

    thankyou kindly

We're getting married an hour outside Florence and we booked it all over the net. However we did research the company first, spoke to two other brides who had used them, one he put me in contact with and the other happened to be working with a friend of mine. It can work very well but do your research and you'll be fine.
