    Hi Guys,

Recently I saw a clip (possibly a very old one) of Frank Shamrock training (solo drills) with a swiss/stability (is there a difference?) ball.

Do you know if this is part of a training dvd, if so do you guys know which one and any reviews?

    Sorry for the scarce information...

I had that DVD years ago, from the tracker.

If you have pretty much endless time on the mat its useful. Basically it's a bunch of different exercises, agility and balance and stuff that would get the very nth amount of performance out of someone but until you've exhausted all the other good training its basically a waste. I found. haha

    Peace

Frank still does all those drills. He says that using the ball is a tremendous help in understanding how to balance and twist and maintain your position when you're on top of your opponent. Whether it's as effective as other methods I don't know, but it's cool watchin him zip around on it!
