The odd things you find

I was just wondering, have you ever come across something IRL that just made you think WTF ?

In my case it was a DVD I found about 3 years ago. It was a plain black box DVD that I found on my shelves in my room. On opening it it contained 2 disks - one was labelled Lord of the rings (ON playing it was a copy of the first LOTR movie), but the other one had Chinese/Japanese symbols on it and two english words - "Hans Wang".

Naturally curiosity won out so into the DVD player it went to see what it was. As it transpires it was a Karaoke DVD by an Asian artist named Hans Wang, much to my amusement.

For about 6 months it had a regular feature as background music for home drinking sessions and trying to persuade friends to try sing along with it was usually good for amusing results.

I still have the DVD, but I also never worked out where it came from and I cant find any information on the Artist on the internet either. Some things you just arent supposed to know I guess.

So, have you ever come across something quite unexpected completely by accident ?

This doesn't involve finding something but losing something strange.

I went a well know musica festival a few years ago. I was sharing a tent with my then bf. Went to bed one night, quite drunk. The usual happened and my clothes were taken off. The next morning when I went to get dressed we couldn't find my bra anywhere. We completely emptied the tent and it wasn't there. Neither of us had left the tent during the night and we're pretty sure nobody came in. We never found it!

Still have no idea where it went!

That happened to me at a festival last year, went to the toilet in the middle of tyhe night, changed from fleecy warm pj bottoms into jeans, when I got back my friends were still asleep but my pjs were gone.... never found them.

Yeah, everyone said that he'd taken it home with him and had filled it with oranges to see what it'd be like to have boobies.

He swore he didn't but he is an ex so I could spread it around!

When we were in school a few years back we were messin around in the study hall and one of the lads found a small log of wood like what you'd put in a fire... anyway he said "catch" to one of the other lads, but in mid flight the log hit a flourescent light, we all legged it, a few seconds later, realising there was no teachers around, we went in to inspect the damage.......the log was gone, couldn't find it anywhere. Lost in space/time somewhere i guess.... still talk about it in the pub to this day!

Or you could tell people about how he got into much better shape after that weekend, you never again got grossed out by his bouncing moobies.:D
Let them join the dots themselves.
