    How yas doing? :)

When I work out my chest I never seem to have the same stiffness in my chest the next day as say my legs if I was squatting and using the leg press.....no matter what way I mix my work-out up incline, decline whatever I just never seem to hit my chest the way I would really like to.

Any info and/or help would be helpfull............Thanks

You want more DOMS? Go to failure more or use more volume I guess.

Having said that if you're getting bigger/stronger/achieving what you're aiming for then keep things the way they are. DOMS isn't a pre-requisite to progress.
