    Hi Guys,

Does anyone know any good places for alloy wheel refurb for a reasonable price? My alloys have some light kerb damage and the paint is starting to flake around the centres.

    Thanks

    Legend thanks.

Rang BC this morning actually. They said the they might need to be shot blasted if the paint is flaking off which they don't do.

    They recommended Europlates 01-8251804.

    Cheers

Anyone here ever do this themselves (ie. DIY)? Is it a hard job? How likely is it to go terribly wrong :)

If you're in Dublin area, we've used a guy called Barry Kelly many times with magnificent results.

I don't want to post his phone number here, PM me if you want it.

Roughly how much does it cost for 1 wheel?
And does anyone know someone in Galway who does it?

I was quoted 450 euro to have 4 wheels sandblasted, kerbing removed, primered, painted and clearcoated and tyres refitted and balanced.
That was the place in Bray.
