    worth getting?

    let me know

    thanks
    LOL, :pac:

    Seriously people will try sell anything. 4 pounds is also not worth anything really. You'd buy a fair bit heaver for the same price from argos. Basically your paying E30 for two pieces of plastic to hold water and count reps.

    Just get two buckets and a Dictaphone instead, work out cheaper and you can put way more water in them :D

    the only reason i thought they were in anyway useful was because they would be useful for travelling?
    4 pounds is ridicullous am I reading it right?

    I can see why they might be good for travelling but you might be better off with body weight exercises and some strong resistance bands instead. Can be done anywhere and dont really have to take anything.

    4 Lbs is far, far too light to be of any benefit really.

    Not wanting to sound crude but you'd get more resistance pulling your cock than with 4lbs talking dumbells.
