getting audio from dvd for ipod?

    i have a talking heads concert dvd and id love the audio of it for my ipod.. what programs would i need to use to go about doing it? any help is appreciated :)

    I use it for youtube download and conversion, there are many other options which I haven't used which might be useful for you.

    You could use Adobe audition 3.0 just play the DVD on your PC or laptop record with Audition in realtime save the audio as an Mp3 @ 192k import it into your Ipod bada bing job done.
    I have a copy of Adobe audition 3.0 if your looking for it.
    All this can be done with any vid eg youtube etc.
