What's a scoop?

    Hello all,

    In the directions of my whey protein supplement, it says to blend one scoop(24g) of protein powder to 237ml of water. My question is what is a scoop or how do I guesstimate 24g without the use of a set of weighing scales.

    There's usually a small spoon included in the package with whey. One of those is one scoop.
