World Street Performance Champs - Photo Thread

Seeing as so many of us planned on making it to this i thought it would be nice to have a thread dedicated to the photographs that we ended up getting.

I must confess a selfish reason as well...I found certain situations either very hard or just awkward to take good photo's in yesterday and am angling for an easy way to compare my shots to the brilliant ones i know this board will produce.:o

I too found it hard to get into good positions and when I was there was very overcast, wasn't too keen into it either.
Taken with a Canon 100mm 2.8 Macro lense.

People/street photography is not my thing but I got a few that are ok.

Some great shots here, fantastic day and I met up with some of the performers afterwards to say hello and get some business cards off them. I should have some shots up later on, as said before loads of DSLR's around and good to see so many people capturing the event.

Nope. He's actually a pretty famous street performer and has traveled all over the world with his act....well, thats why the site is telling me!

Some nice shots! I have to say, there was some serious gear walking around yesterday, and whoever brought their own ladder, I was well impressed - any of you guys?!

Weather was a bit mucky and overcast, and it was harder than I thought trying to shoot while trying not to loose my friends kid who was hanging out of me; just going through what I got now. I had similar problems to some off you guys, hard to get positioned where people weren't in the way or walking into your shots!
