Spotty after back wax

any time i get my back waxed, about a week later it is covered in spots, and i'm not sure if that looks any better than when it's hairy!! has anyone got any solutions? stuff i can put on my back to stop the bacne?

Its probably ingrown hairs. Get a good exfoliator.

Some people are just prone to them though.
