    Was just watching it there.

Does any one know what song was played through out the film.

The last place I remember it was during the cloud scene when Mick is getting it on with Star

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cry_Little_Sister
"Cry Little Sister" is a rock song, known primarily for having been featured as the main theme music in the 1987 cult horror film The Lost Boys. The song was written by Gerard McMahon and Michael Mainieri in 1987 and recorded by McMahon under the pseudonym of Gerard McMann. This song is frequently and falsely credited to The Sisters of Mercy who have never so much as covered the song.

    "Death by stereo"

Great film all the more reason for them to leave it stand as it is and not make a sequel.

Sadly, there is a sequel in production, it's called 'Lost Boys - The Tribe' and is released on July 29th

Its finished and from what I have seen of it, I think it will surprise alot of people.Seems unbelievebly in tone with the original.I was dreading its release as I felt the original was perfect and too much time had passed to carry on any story line, but from what little I have seen of it, it looks better than expected.

    Its a class film.

I've seen it loads of times but never gets old.

Dont know how a sequel will get on.

For an 80's film there was some big names in it. A sequel will never be the same with such a massive gap between the two of them

Looks like the Frog brothers are back as well.

Can see this one being a big hit in the cinema!

It aint going to make it into cinemas - its going to be a straight to DVD release. Shame really, I think it would have made a few bob in the cinema, whoever decided DVD only should be fired! (Unless they've seen a rough cut and its rubbish)

Jesus going by that trailer it doesnt look like its going to be too bad to be honest. If I hadnt knows what year it was made in I would never have guessed the massive gap between them. Also the frog brothers dont look any older at all.

Damn, I'll admit that I cringed when I heard that there was a sequal being made but that trailer actually makes it looks good! Pity it's going straight to DVD.

    That would make my day!

They should make a film with all the 80's frat pack all together again

Yeah Keifers brother is playing the main vampire in it, seeking revenge on the Frog Brothers for the death of his brother, (kind of a side plot). The 2 Coreys are in it, but Haim is only in it briefly. As far as I know the majority of his scenes have been cut but are gonna show up in the extras, now they might have been put back in but up till a few weeks ago that was the story.Apparentlyif this one does well there is going to be more, so to all fans of the original, I would highly urge you to support this one.Even if its crap the next one could be vastly better with a bigger budget.

remember there was a bit like this in the original
why do you get the tv guide when you have no telly

why do you need a telly, when you got the tv guide

Damn I love the film. Have the poster on the wall above my bed and the DVD on near constant rotation. The sequel looks really, really good. I was a bit sceptical at first but the trailer looks damn cool and the prospect of seeing more of the Frog brothers was enough to ensure that I preordered the DVD.

I was shocked last week when a friend of mine told me that not only has he never seen the film but that he had never heard of it before I started talking about it last Saturday. I was quite taken aback and when he told me that he has never seen The Goonies, Princess Bride or The Monster Squad I had to sit down. As far as I knew those four films are a stable of any childhood. Have got him to watch The Monster Squad which he hated and The Goonies which he thought was okay.
