hello, can anyone help? I have an 02 seat ibiza (new shape 1.2), within the last couple of days when driving the car suddenly feels like it is going to stall and lose power. It happens at about 3000 revs but kicks back in at about 1000. Any ideas what could be causing this:confused:

Possibly a dodgy plug lead or coil.

Is this happening when the engine is cold, if so it could be the air flow meter (MAF), usually sorts itself out once the engine has warmed up.

If it is the MAF a recon unit from a Seat dealer should cost about €150 plus fitting (about 15.0 mins.)
