I will be running a Footie League for all you football nuts out there!!

I have setup some leagues/tournaments before, and if you are interested, and I get enough sign-ups,

I will setup one.

Okay I think we may have enough to start the league, I will leave it till Monday, to see if we get any more siging up, then i will setup the league with the rules and everything.

Hopefully the mods & admins wont mind me setting up something here.

okay so here it is. the rules


Each game will be 5mins a half. There will be only one game, I will do a home and away next time, if this is a success.

We will be choosing only one league, I have yet to decide, but it wont be a top flight league, just to make it more interesting...

It will be either Championship League, or maybe the FAI League...

I think we have 20 people and there are only 12 teams in the Eircom League, so maybe its best go with Championship sides?????

If we're going with FAI still, I'll be the Drogs....

If we're going with Championship sides, I'll be...West Brom...always had a soft spot for them for some reason.

Yeah I was checking that Earlier which is a shame.

I want everyone to pick a team from the Championship, then when everyone has chosen a team, I will setup the league and rules correctly on another thread so I can put up the results too,

Ok I dont want to f^&k this up as I am heading off for 2 week in da sun this weekend. Halolma you decide if I am eligible or not if so I will be Charlton and also if you go with a Eircom at any time in the next few weeks stick me in for the Rovers. Sligo Rovers that is.

Yeh I guess to give people more options, I don't mind going With teams that have been promoted to or from the championship. and those who have been demoted from the premier league

benny you are Charlton, thing is you just have to play 3-5 games a week to keep up with everyone...

So its up to you, if you fall to far behind in games, I may have to give default wins to others
