hey is it an everyday mascara or a going out at night 1 that your looking for? if it's during the day i find No 7 "Intense Volume" pretty good. if it's for a night out you might want to try Bourjois's "Volume Clubbing". just be careful when using that 1 as it can sometimes give the spider leg effect but if used well it looks really good! hope this helps :D

    i find benefit great actually!
if you are looking for very dramatic eyes id go with mac, but be warned, i found it very hard to take off, a little like glue!
also, Lancome do a good one with a curved brush.
Id stay away from Stila and urban decay, very lumpy and gloopy

    I LOVE mascara!!!
IMO the best ones are Rimmel (believe it or not!!)
    I found MAC's one average,
The No7 is great for everyday but the best one for full lashes is YSL false lash effect, you need to clean the brush with a dry tissue once a week and buy it in the airport as it's gone up to €29!!!:p

I'v been using Benefits Bad Gal Lash for the past 4years or so and still love it.
Perhaps there's better out there..I just havn't have bothered trying any others.
Im all for the 'If it aint broke, don't fix it' kinda thing!:)

+1 for Rimmel! I've tried a fair few of the more expensive ones and deffo find rimmel the best by a mile. At the mo I have the 'glam eyes' but I find any of theirs I have tried to be excellent :)

I have been using Clinique 'Naturally Glossy' for years. I find it great for during the day as it gives a very natural look, I just put on an extra couple of layers for night time. I hate that really fake spidery look.

I have the Benefit one and find it way too fake and clumpy. I have tried loads of the Lancome ones after getting samples of them and am not keen on any of them. In saying that, I'm not keen on the others from Clinique either, it has to be Naturally Glossy.

for day wear i use maxfactor masterpiece (briliant but a b*tch to get off!).
The essence magic eyes mascara is great stuff and its only about 2 euro.
If your budget wil stretch to it lancome mascaras are fantastic and they have loads of different ones depending on the effect you want to get.

I have benefit 'get bent' myself and I was not overly impressed with it the brush gets too Caked and the mascara ends up everywhere! I did not like maybelline or rimmel at all.

Have heard good things about borgois volume clubbing

I think it really depends on what you like. I like the big, long, spidery look others have mentioned they don't like.
I use a mascara base underneath, from Lancome, called Cils Booster XL. I then use Loreal Lash Architect. I also like Diorshow Blackout and most of the Lancome ones. I recently bought Lancome Hypnose Onyx but have yet to use it.

If you're looking for something cheap-ish that will last I love maybelliene's intense xxl - and it really lasts as well .if I'm splurging tho I'd definately go for yves-saint laurent faux-cils mascara. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!! On the down side tho, it only last about a month. Its 26euro.

Clinique High Impact Lash..does exactly what it says on the tube...and is waterproff so great for those with sensitive and watery eyes!

+1. This stuff is amazing. And at nineteen euro it's a bit more expensive than your average but won't break the bank and is well worth it. I loooooooove it.... have been asked if I'm wearing false lashes while wearing this!!!

I'm using Rimmel Lash Maxxx at the moment - it has a comb instead of a brush and it's really easy to apply without going clumpy. It only cost around a tenner :)

I second the recommendations for Max Factor Calorie 2000 and Rimmel (Extra Super Lash Curved works best for me). I used the more expensive stuff as well but always coming back to these two.

I'm trying to be a bit more high market with my makeup at the moment and so I bought Benefit Bad Gal Lash mascara. Its not bad, a big brush compared to many and can be a bit spider-leg effect if you do more than one coat. It clumps quite easily. However it does help give a smoky eye effect which I love. But I must say, if you have long eyelashes but want them to curl and open up your eyes, I can't find one to rival Maybelline Sky-High Curves Waterproof Mascara. Seperates and curls my lashes!

At the moment im using Gosh mascara i find it ok but leaves you with quite hard lashes. Used Mabelienne great lash for years and thought it was great but lately a bit heavy.
A great mascara that i happened accross was an Avon one, daring curves. Has a curved brush n leaves lashes thick and curved. As far as i remember was only about €8!!! bargain!

I found the YSL very "wet" lol. I'm using Dior Black Out for going out and Benefit's brown for a less dramatic effect. I don't know the name of Benefits', comes in a white tube...

    Loreal Lash architect
The best mascara in my opinion.
Have been using it for years. Love it!

Diorshow is really good and YSL one is great too. a bit hard to take them off but after years of searching I found the perfect eye make up remover. It's by boots you know the number 7 range. Costs around 10 euro and leaves your eyes feeling smooth

Its by far one of the best ive tried! for ages i tried load of diff ones-clinque(not enough volume) steer clear of the cheap ones cos they just go clumpy! Benefit the brush is a bit to thick on it so makes for difficult application! Mac is nice too but their best for eyeliners!! but ive stuck to Lancome- L'extreme!! its brilliant!

I like to stretch them for about 30 seconds bout 8 times, first thing in the morning and then before sleep. you get a really good result after about a month.

+1 for Rimmel. Extra Super Lash is awesome.

I used to swear by rimmel but after I got conjuntivitis(not completely sure if the mascara caused it but threw it out and got a new one just incase) i changed to Max Factor 2000 Calorie Dramatic Look and haven't looked back seen....absolutely brilliant mascara!!
