    Just trying to find some info on this for a relative.
    Scenario is that theres a possibility that the person in question will be made redundant. My understanding is that she would be entitled to avail of back to education scheme as a mature student and still get benefits. However, the piece that i'm not sure of ....if shes married and husband works, is she even entitled to jobseekers allowance or jobseekers benefit in the first instance??
