Xbox Console €20 in Tesco

Yesterday afternoon I heard someone say in Game that Tesco are selling original Xbox consoles for €20,the last store I seen any in was Artane Castle about one month ago,can anyone confirm this.

€30 Tesco were selling them for,all gone Clarehall and Artane. Thought they were selling them for around that secondhand in game shops.Also Cash Converters under Lidyls in parnell St.were selling them around that price.

But you have to but Action Replay and a game to make it into a MP. It seems like alot of hassel.

No you don't ...all you need is a pc that has an IDE drive..

Really? Was in there the other day and they werent advertising them. Didnt think you could get them in Galway at all

They're stacked on the landing on the stairs - lots of Xboxs for 30, some Gameboy Advance SP's for 25, PS2's for 60, etc...

Yes but aren't they second hand in Game and new in Tesco?

Did you get one in Game Galway? What sort of condition is it?

I've been looking for one after the €20 one I got in gamestop stopped working (broken hard drive). The gamestop one came from somewhere in mainland Europe, it didn't even have an Irish plug!

I'm also looking for one of these...just tried Tesco's in Jervis St...they haven't had them in at all and have no idea if they are coming in. Also tried Gamestop on Liffey St and on Henry St...both don't sell them second hand, only new for €70 and finally tried Gamexchange on Talbot St who have them for €50.

Is there anywhere in Dublin City Centre that are selling them for €20/€30?

hey if anyone is still looking for these i just got one a couple of days ago in gamestop henry st. for €20. apparently all consoles have been sent there. there was about 3 - 5 more behind the counter aswell so they shud still have a couple i reckon.

A but off topic but theres also some great dvd bargains there atm. got sopranos series 3 and 5 used for €30 and also lost series 1 and 2 boxset for €20 new :eek:

Kaiser, I'd suggest to try in GameStop in Bray, they only had Crystal Xbox consoles when I went for an used one.

If anyone is close enough, the Game in the Richmond Centre in Derry had two left this eveing for £10 which is a bargain. My brother picked one up works perfectly. They've got plenty of old games for it too.
