1: what type of questions do they ask
2:How wil be on the panel in front of me and do i address them by rank
    3:Should i wear s suite
4:Should i mention my involment in the RDf

Right my experience was with the cadet interviews back in 2003 so things might be a bit different with your setup.

    1. Things about your past, sports played etc. Why you want to join, do you have any relations in the df, what makes you think you are suitable etc.

    2. My panel as far as I can recall was 3 or 4 strong. All officers from Lt up to Cft. I think for general service there is a CS on it. You can't address them by rank if you want to doesn't really matter.

    3. Yes you should wear a suit. Make sure you shine your shoes.

    4. Yes you should mention it.

Address them by Rank if you are familiar with Rank..shows you have an interest/knowledge in the DF as opposed to just looking for a job.

Gentlemen, let's take the personal element out of the posts.
Discuss the topic not the poster.

They're not recruits, their trained soldiers, and they are students not recruits.

How long could you be waiting to hear back once you sent away all your paperwork.
