Sun Holiday with a Kid

    Hi,
Can anybody recommend a child friendly sun holiday.
We really need some sun and want to bring our 16 month old little woman.
Problem is shes not too fond of the car on long journeys so we rekon a flight any longer than 2.5 hrs is a no.
we also need more than a standard hotel room as she would be in bed at about 9:00 in the evening, we need to be able sit out and enjoy a drink while she is sleeping (an apartment with a nice balcony sort of thing).
She is on the go all day so somewhere with lots to do during the day would also be nice.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Cheers D.

Falcon are the best for kids friendly places. Try Salou or Majorca, flights there are short.

Make sure to get an apt with air conditioning also.

How about northern Spain? Within the flying time you mention, and not as hot as the south. The tour operator websites will advise you whether the resort is child friendly or not, and what sort of things there are for children to do. You can also check out their claims at Trip Advisor.

I'd recommend Portugal or the South of France - relatively short flights and both fantastic destinations :)
