iPhone Text Input Query...

So, after all the hype of the 3G iPhone, I'm thinking of jumping on the band wagon. The only thing I'm wondering about is the text input. I like using conventional mobiles' keypads to do my texting... Can anyone comment who's gone from a regular mobile to an iPhone? What's it like? Better... worse??

    Thx

It takes a little bit of getting used to but is great... if you mis-spell a word it will offer the word it believes you are trying to spell... I love it... It comes up as a Qwerty keyboard...

Are you able to type as fast with the iPhone as with a regular mobile?

also the great thing about the iphone keyboard is that it can change languages :p

    I certainly am.

Then again, I have fat fingers. :(
