First of all stop using the shampoo you are currently using, you obviously have an allergic reaction to it. Get odorless and colorless shampoo and some hair vitamins in health shop or pharmacy. I used to have the same problem, was using frvctis shampoo, had spots on the sides of my head and nearly lost half of my hair. Back to normal now ;)

This happens to me once or twice a year. What sorts it out for me is Nizoral shampoo - available over the counter in chemists (used to be prescription only). Just use it instead of your normal shampoo for a week or two and it should do the trick. Then use it every so often to keep problems away.
