Shortstack collusion or am I being paranoid?

Background is three players all turn up on a 6max table where I am playing HU after the table has broken. The player to my left is BB and the other two players post the BB OOP.

They then call off a PSB from the button and manage to get it in. All three of them. They all had a little of the flop but I guess this looks bad?

They could well just be flipping with each other and it would suck as collusion the way its played. There hands weren't completely terrible but I don't play Omaha either, first guy has 2 pair, next has outside straight draw and last guy has TPTK so as short stacks they are probably happy to get their 20bb in.
