It's probably due to the ID3 tags on the tracks.

Right click the MP3 file on your computer. Choose propteries.
Then Summary and Advanced.

Then fill in the blanks.

hey this is a common problem with the phone (well samsung music player) do a search on google its something like the need to be in wma format i think not mp3
