    Hey What's up

I'm best man for a stag night in Killarney and would appreciate recommendations for a pair of restaurants one for each night.
Somewhere with good food and relaxed surroundings would suit us, we're a civilised bunch and don't mind paying for good food and service.

Any further recommendations on local bars and clubs etc for later on would also be appreciated. We're staying in the town centre.

    Thanks in Advance,

    P.

    I can recommend Foleys, its a Steak+Fish Restaurant, www.foleystownhouse.com

Went on a stag in Killarney in 2004, we went paintballing first near Tralee (bit of rip off but good laugh), then drove to Killaney.

Stayed in the Hostel near the station, nice + cheap + a good laugh, old wan on reception was a bit grumpy + tried to charge us for extra an extra bed coz one of the lads took a blanket off it coz he was cold in the room.

Then the 21 of us piled into Foleys, thought it was gonna be a bit of a stuffy joint first coz the decor was a bit old, but twas top class place.
They got all 21 orders right (different type/preference of steaks, well done etc) and all out at the same time which was impressive enough on a busy Saturday night. Great service too. Went back to Foleys 2 years ago with the bird, twas still just as good.

After the meal we went on pub crawl and watched Euro 2004 matches,
Czech Republic came from 2-0 down to beat Holland , 3-2 and go through to the quarter-finals. twas a good night..
