    Hi,

I'm best man for a friend's wedding, but have a question about the order of speeches.

Which comes last: the best man's speech or the groom's speech?

There's a bit of confusion over this. Clarification would be welcome!

    Cheers,

    Red

I would have always said that the best man's speech comes last, but I guess it depends on the day and how traditional/non-traditional they are. Since the best man is MC for the night, you need to know who's speaking and so forth. So just get the list of people who are speaking, write down the order that they'll speak and show it to the couple. If they're happy with it, cool.
