Is it any good to sign up for paddy power now, will i still get it?(at work so PP is blocked out!)
Or should i just wait for another sign up offer when i might get something else?

Good find! Opened account with minimum €10 - Germany to reach semi's ...should be safe enough! How difficult is it to get funds transfered OUT of a paddy power account? (I paid IN by visa)?

It will be paid back into your Visa card account but not Mastercard. I had two accounts(one old dormant account from years back) so got 2 Henrik Teeshirts and backed Sweden each-way @ 50/1 to win the tourney and had them @ 8/5 to beat the Greeks last night.

I got my Ronaldo medium today and its quite big so a large would be huge I would imagine. You are probably better off going for a smaller one.
