Popping in my left ear

Hey, Im just out of the shower there (2 hrs ago ) and my left ear just keps popping. Its like I can hear my heartbeat in my ear its so dam annoying! I have tried the whole shaking water out of my ear in case it was that? But didn work? What the hell is it?
