The Lady's Brunch Burger. I don't understand how they can categorise it as a lady's dish... You can watch her make it here LOL.

Looks fuuuuucking lovely. I expect the lady thing might be linked with the use of bagels.

    Want one :(

The Burger after 4 am after a lot of beer is always the best one you've ever had.

That's a hell of a burger man. Was anybody ever in the US and tried the Carl's Jr Burger, the famous 6 dollar burger. The claim it takes a day off your life. I used to go for the Burger King Double Whopper but now I find it too heavy and now enjoy the Bacon Double Cheese Burger, way nicer. My experience is the best burger you can eat is the one you make for yourself, you can put whatever the hell you want in it. :D

Hurrah. tSubh has announced plans to emulate this burger in size, but with homemade goodness rather than the over-cooked cheap off-cuts of beef you get in fast-food dives. The best of both worlds. This should be good.

I seen the description of an epic burger on the interweb a few weeks ago.

a big mac with a chicken burger(minus the bun of course) sandwiched between the "beef".

    i must try it.

I had a very tasty burger for brekkie yesterday from a vendor at a local street festival, was small, just 180g of meat but was seriously tasty with lots of chilli and jalapenos on it. Nicest burger I've had in ages!

Burger King are going to roll out some fancy burgers for £85! Bet they will still be small though :(

Fancy burgers indeed. Anyone who buys them is a naive fool. Wow, they replaced the easi-single with blue cheese, ZOMG add £50 to the price!

I had the most amazing burger ever at the Damien Rice gig in marley Park last year. can remember the name of the place, gourmet burger or something- just a regular van. Was quite pricey for a van burger- 8 or 9 euros but absolutely bloody divine- almost made the awful gig worth it!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,907 ✭✭✭✭CJhaughey

I had a few of these in NZ and they are very very good.

Considering the Abrakastabya van next to it offers a 'quarter pounder' for seven, I think you took the safe option.

I'm all for a tasty burger, but that yoke looks rotten.

A guy in work told us about this burger he had in the US:

    baconator_dude25_400.jpg

'The Baconator' - awesome name. I don't understand the square burger in a round bun thing though.

Have a buffalo burger, with or without wings!

And for added spice, eat it with a companion in the buff!

Was in Belfast last week & stayed at the premier Inn...

Had their 10oz burger for dinner one night... best one I ever tasted. absolutely perfect. Was in Ranelagha today & noticed the gourmet burger company, while checking out their menu I noticed they had a Kobe burger for €30... Might be interested in trying that... always wanted to taste kobe.

recently heard of a place that does a 'challange' burger, you have bun similar to that of a big mac, top and bottom slice of bap and middle slice, filling is 2 1/2 pounder pattys, bacon, egg, cheese, lettice, onion, and sauce

may be rumor, may be a lie, wound be interesting to try though

    :pac::pac:

What about that Carl's Jr burger I asked about before? Anybody try it? The six dollar burger. Sounds A1 to me!! Go to Carl's Jr.com and see the cheerleader girls on the TV. One word. AWESOME.

I know, but I don't understand why. Surely if you're going to go square burger, you go square bun too?

I don't disagree. It's the squared circle thing I don't understand. It doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

That does indeed look nasty, looks well dry!
But I'd be impressed to see him eat it with the chopsticks!

Anyone who has been to Woodside in Queens will know what I am talking about. There is an Irish pub called Donovans that make an immense burger. I think it's a solid pound of ground sirloin topped with cheese and a **** load of bacon. It has been voted the best burger in NYC for years.

Anyone making a trip to New York should make their way out to Queens just for this.
