    building single story extension and getting new boiler installed any advice on type or brand? house size 3 bedroom council.thanks.

    Worcester Bosch, Viessmann(5year warranty i think) and valliant all make good boilers. it's more important to make sure your system is flushed properly, so you don't put a new boiler on to a dirty system, if you don't flush then the lifetime of the boiler can be dramatically reduced, once you have it flushed and the new boiler is on the wall add a inhibitor, this will prevent any sludge appearing and will protect the boiler/rads as long as it's in there, Gary.
