Best interest from bank for regular saving?

HI, We get monthly money from Gov as we have an 11 month old baby. I've checked with itsyourmoney.ie and Anglo Irish offer 8% for Regular Annual Saver Account. Does anyone know of any other accounts or ways to earn more interest than above? Thanks, Pa
