Full Licence Question

My provisional B had me down for M and W as well. But when I passed B test I only have B and W on full licence. Should I not have prov M as well?

It won't be on that licence because you have a full B licence. If you want you can go to the tax office and ask them to send out your new provisional and it will only have M on it
