Head

As a member of the male species who is by the day fighting a losing battle with a receding hairline, there may come a day when the final solitary tufts may have to be manually removed. I have accepted my fate and no longer look to my follicley endowed brethren with envy. Apart from Wibbs, that is (it's just not natural at his age).

Anyway, as a woman, do you prefer a man's head with the smooth contours of a frozen lake, or would you prefer a man whose head resembles the dense undergrowth of the Wicklow mountains?

I think the answers to this will be interchangeable with the answers to the tall/short, poor/rich, fat/skinny, big boobs/small boobs threads.

    Some people:bald.

    other people:hair

    More other people:either.

    Other people again:you're baldist.

    People:Tis personal choice.

    Etc.

Depends on your face and head. Some lads look better closely cut, like the actor in Transporter I, II, and Crank (Jason Statham). Saw him once in a film with a rug, and did not think him attractive at all.

    Jaysus Tom,

I was preparing to read how guys with a beer gut & a receding hairline and of course getting on in age would like a bit of head and I was ready to give my full detailed description.. anyways, seen as though its not, I'll answer your question (when I stop laughing) :D

personally I prefere a shaved head. if you start losing your hair, just get rid of it all.

Some men with no hair are the hawtness a la Jason Statham, Billy Zane ^^^

Then floppy hair is nice - Hugh Grant

And just nice hair like Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jnr, and good oul George*

    shiny heads are a no-no

    *mmmmmm George

Bald, not bald, half bald, I don't mind at all! It all depends on the size of the wallet:p

Well Tom, either or is fine. Once it suits him, then its all dudley.

I too, was conned by the title. I was expecting stories and experiences.

    Deja Vu.
Methinks someone is a worry wart.

Personally no male in my bloodline has ever been bald, I'd don't see why I should be one to dilute it now.

The only concern i have when considering this is that those who do not have hair on top either wear a hat or use sunblock on v sunny days.

    Sunburnt scalps are eeeewwww.

Very few men look good with no hair, these men include but are not limited to Edward Norton (he pulls off both looks effortlessly tbh) and Wentworth Miller.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,016 ✭✭✭✭vibe666

    I'm confused.

so are you saying that if I shave off my hair I'll get more head, or just sunburn? :)

At my age nothing is natural. Artificial is the way to go, though the carbon fibre hip is giving me grief.

    Woman thy name is honesty.:D

It doesn't seem to matter that much. The bloke I know with the most female attention has had natures little harvesters hard at work on his follicles for the guts of 20 years. He claims it's because his brains run too hot. Grass doesn't grow on a well used track.:D

Rejoice in the awareness of feeling stupid, for that’s how you end up learning new things. If you’re not aware you’re stupid, you probably are.

Meh, some men suit shaved heads some don't.
I've gone out with more shaved heads then full heads of hair as far as I can remember!:D

I prefer hair, but if the hairline is receeding it's definitely better to get rid of what's left.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 1,440 ✭✭✭GirlInterrupted

Me, I like the baldies. Less hair stuck down the shower drain is only one advantage. Shampoo savings another. Not waking up with someone who has nicer hair than me is always good. I like the promise of extra testosterone supplies. All good stuff.

Lucky you put a comma between those two names, otherwise they would have started fighting.

    Well, I chickened out.

Went to the barbers, but just couldn't bring myself to get him to cut it all off. :(

    So I went for a 3.

Feel free to turn this thread into everything you hoped it would be. Following on from the OP's original post just means you're conforming to the male social paradigm, or some other similar nonsense. Seriously, knock yourselves out, this thread is only what you make of it. And yes, I'm very drunk.

Tom, didn't you start a thread like this before? Is your hair receding even more? Are you getting a bit paranoid?

Don't be fooled by him ladies, he gets regular hair cuts. I know, I've seen them!

Himself says that all the time. Was at at party last night and him and his friend started talking about some tv programme or band. I had to remind them both that they'd had exactly the same conversation last Saturday at a different party!

Your hair is lovely and you know it!
