ok plain and simple... no plastis surgery sites give price without conseltation.. so does anyone have an idea how much a nose reshape costs? has anyone ever got one? how are all these plastic surgery places so succesfull i know no1 who ever got anything done other than a boob job! anways i hate my nose... its gotta go!:p

He works out of Harley Street in London, and is one of the best nose surgeons in the world.

It's on your face, so don't go cheap.

from the feedback Iv got on PM Its between 5000 and 6000!

so its gonna have to be a loan! I really want it although im afraid that ppl will be like oh shes the one with the nose job or think im vain!

Depends what you get and how its done

In general the nose is one of the less risky ones, unless you go for a complete reshape

What a ridiculous generalisation.

My sister had her nose done about 5 years ago and the difference it made to her outlook was unreal. The only regret she has is that she didn't get it done sooner.

you can tell when people are operated on and this isnt an insult by any means but for someone to change thier appearence means they have issues with they way they look and thats not a way to live its like a beauty obsesion that why people operate or go enorix because there obsesed with there looks and beauty,everyone i know that has got surgery which are only celebs are micheal jackson the princess of spain,etc im not even going to start with mj and the princess of spains' face is wierd looking so your sister is fortunate and if i were her i wouldnt go for anymore surgery just to be on the safe side mate

OP be very careful going to private practices, do loads of research. There has been so many botched operations here, there was a guy on the Late Late a few months ago talking about how lax the industry is here. This is a big decision, do lots of research. And just because somebody's from Harley St doesn't make them good.

You just have to ask yourself if the procedure worth 4 grand. It certainly wasn't worth to me (broken about twice as kid playing rugby).

Oh yeah Dr. Bas Matti? ...is he anything to Uncle Ben?

No idea how much it would cost OP, but I'd want to trust someone a lot before letting them reshape my face.
