I've been training for the mini marathon and I'd like to keep on running. Does anyone have any suggestions for races I could enter over the summer? or any clubs I could join as a beginner/jogger person.

    ETA i'm in Dublin.

The fit4life race series are perfect for you, they are more aimed at beginner runners rather than superfast club runners. I dunno where they are held in dublin, but we have a one a month here in wicklow. Our next one is in Roundwood on wed 18th of june. You could also have a look at the Bhaa races www.bhaa.ie all standards in these races, from 3k to 10 k .

Mass participation runs are best when you're starting off IMO...the Adidas race series in the Phoenix Park (5 Mile, 10 Mile, Half-marathon) are great events. If those distances are too daunting, then I'd check out the BHAA races.

There's also the Lord Mayor of Raheny 2 mile series. Very doable.
