    Hi Everyone

sorry now im clueless when it comes to all this.

i got an architect to do the drawings of the house but not sure if he can draw the raft any way if i had to employ an engineer to do one just that and that alone do you know around about how much it would cost?

What is the best insulation to use? i was gonna go eco friendly until i got a quote for 7661 for the roof ALONE i nearly had a stroke. this was with ecoconstruction

i want to get quotes for the driveway the stones big ones and small ones but what do i ask for haha you dont actually say how much do the big ones cost.

is any of this explained in the homebond manual? i think after this experience is over i will write a book on building houses for women :D

short answer - you need to retain your architect to take you through the whole build process

you do need an engineer to design the raft . and inspect it on site and certify
