check out the waterford ac schedule on their website they run from the RSC every monday,wednesday, thursday evening around the town its open to anyone and has different groups pushing on or dropping back depending on your level . highly recommend it. they do a speed session on tuesdays as well at the RSC 6-7 for advanced 7-8 for beginner-improver. they are all sound so no problem going down for a few sessions just to check it out

agree with sungod, i know a few from doing the winter league and they are all grand , there are people of all different levels of running fitness in the waterford ac, you will get contact details on the waterford ac website.

just to clarify: does this run all year round and not just in the winter like the website says?

the winter league only runs from nov to feb as far as i remember but when it finishes they keep an informal run going from the RSC at the same time every thursday.(7pm)
the monday/wednesday runs stay the same and start at the RSC at 6pm and 6:30pm respectively.
the tuesday session is as i posted above.
their is a longer run leaving the woodlands at 10am saturday morning , but this should confirmed first in case it has changed
