Nuts. I love cashew, pistachios, brazils. I have heard many hear advise against peanuts, not that they were terrible, but the others are a better option, peanuts are not really nuts at all.

A thermos of soup too, many supermarkets have small size thermos cups now, with good lids. A thermos is not just for liquid, you could stick chicken curry in it if you wanted.

There is nothing wrong with peanuts, it's a healthy fat, the only issue is that you can eat too many of them and it's high in calories...so as long as you are watching your portions peanuts are great.

I've noticed from my friends that they have this mentality that an eating break is something that can be sarificed to save you time.
They are always on the go, even on off days.
They have come to look at sandwiches as meals.

Homemade flapjacks, really? My recipe is basically a stick of butter, half a bag of brown sugar, half a tin of golden syrup and some oats. Can't imagine that being classed as healthy! :)
