Screenprinting

Hey there everybody! I'm looking for some advice on basic multi-colour fabric printing. Basically, I can't use a screenprinting ink, because it's too thick when dry (The ink covers the fabric), but the screen process would be ideal for what I am doing. I am just wondering if is possible to use use a fabric dye on a screen press instead of the normal ink. Also, just thinking, because the ink is less viscous, it probably wouldn't result in clean lines? ...unless i'm mistaken!

My design is 4 colour overprint. I will then cut the fabic and sew into end product!

    Any advice would be great!

    Thanks in advance!
    Decbrad!
