Excel formula's not working...

I went to re-edit a simple excel sheet I use.... Basic calculations, nothing crazy. If I have several rows and columns of numbers with some formulas at the end, which works fine. However if I drag that formula down to the rows below, instead of the calculations doing the same on the numbers below, it just drags the same…

Anyone know what I am doing wrong?

does the formula contain the symbol "$" ?

maybe this is the problem

it would be easier though if you could copy the formula here
