Kaz I do take your points about how certain BGRH posters don't get that it is a piss take forum and can go to far, shame you never reported those posts when you came across them. Not everyone is as aware of gender and identity issues as you are.

tbh I could care less, the funny thing is that right now everyone is up in arms because I keep refering to Mairt as a girl and having a hissy fit and have as much respect for his gender as he's ever had for mine...

I don't think anyone should be talking about Rosie, she's young and at times frustrated, I know what that feels like especially having all this going on too. Unlike Mairt she can't answer for herself anymore because she's banned so it's not fair to talk about her.

Kazobel, Kazobel Kazobel. Why must you throw these harsh and spiteful words towards the BGRH brothers? 99% of those heroes in the bar have been nothing but hospitable and welcoming to you. They laughed at your jokes, even the unfunny ones. They didn't talk about you behind your back. They engaged in frivolous and light hearted banter which you gratefully received with a giggle and a flirty wink of the eye.

Now you are firing out flames of venom like a one eyed medievil dragon who has just found out that shes on the verge of extinction. Instead of remembering the good old days of frolicking in the BGRH meadows you're spitting out flem filled snots from the back of your throat not caring who you drown in the process.

Why not just thank the brothers for the good times and walk off into the sunset and head off to the interior design and decoration forum(under home and furniture) and start anew.

I would think it would be as offensive to refer to him as a boy,
I don't see how saying he is girl should be more offensive then a boy,
ie implying immaturity, but then again I never bought into saying someone has supposed femine traits as being derogatory.

That is a fair point but for a lot of posters they have not had any experience of those who have gender disphoria in real life or here on boards and so they are going to compare.

Personally I think it is daft esp as there are other posters who are transitioning with grace and don't make it a public matter on boards or the subject of who they are on boards and I respect their privacy not to out them.

A lot of people don't get that really genderised behaviour is not so black and white or pink and blue. Certianly I am more at home in BGRH then in tLL but
I am comfortable with that.
