fiat punto head rests

    i have an 02 punto with fixed head rests ( so uncomfortable ) , can i change them to adjustable head rests ?

    What do you use them for? Afaik they are a safety item, and not for actually resting your noggin on.

    are you sure they're fixed, usually they can be raised and lowered.

    unless you've got these ones:

    used to be fitted to punto base models, and most facelift Punto models (Active spec)


    From what I remember they aren't interchangable with the cloth hear restraints, you'll have to replace the entire seats. I'd recommend seats from an ELX or HLX pre-facelift model if you can find them, providing your car doesn't have a passenger or side airbags.

    'Rest' is a bit of a misnomer, it's actually short for 'restraint'. Your head should never touch it unless you've just been rear-ended.:)
