Garda GATSO van in town

    Hi all,

A blue Ford Transit Hi-Cube (Tall version of transit) reg starting with 98-D is doing the rounds around Wexford.

This van contains a GATSO speed detecting system. Just so that people are aware of this potential hazard and drive accordingly.

I don't condone speeding, but I believe these vans are parked in really silly and dangerous locations at times. Opportunist revenue generating shouldn't be performed in secret.

Right - am a bit confused about this thread. I know whats been said here is perfectly legal but I know far too many people who have been killed via speeding on these roads.

Thread locked - take it to feedback if you have any problems.
