How do you post a photo in a thread here?
I have tried but all i get is the addrees added ( http:// etc).
The link works ok but I wonder how to actually 'embed' the phto into the thread.

    Thanks

    Join pix.ie
When you upload a pic, double click on the picture and it brings you to the next sized version of it, then you copy and paste the 2nd line underneath it and it does the rest for ya!

Right click on the image you want to post and click copy image location, then when you go to post it here, click on the insert picture icon and paste the link,

Technically doing it that way you are breaking flickr's T&Cs by not linking back to the picture's flickr page, it also has the side effect of not allowing anybody who likes your shot to see more of your work since there is no obvious way to get to your flickr stream.

True but Alanstrainor doesn't have one, and there's this to consider.

The code below produces the the picture below and complies to the flickr regulations of linking back to the flickr site.
