Digiweb Metro Telephone

    Hey, I use to have Digiweb Metro package but changed to a DSL provider because of the poor quality telephone where calls were often like bad reception mobile calls - this was well over a year ago.

    Does anyone have this package now and has the call quality improved at all?

    That's only due to bad uplink signal nowadays and the installers won't install unless the signal meets specifications.

    A few people may have poor phone but most are fine.

    I don't understand. Does the minimum specifications mean I'm unlikely to experience the problem again if i switch back

    yes. Either that or you won't get a connection.
