Hi everybody!Sorry for my english. One question. I am looking for anybody who has experience with chinese medicine I mean with keep fit capsules. Is it working? Need I to keep any special diet with this? If you know anything let me know please.

I would be careful of any pill claim to health. Nothing is better than a healthy diet and daily exercise.

If it's the ones in a bright pink box, then I think they are a herbal version of Alli, and will give you the runs like you wouldn't believe. if you try these, make sure you stay near a toilet and carry spare underwear.

i would stay clear of any kind of fat loss pills/ shakes ect.

concentrate on good nutrition and excercise.

when it comes to food Dont think "diet" , people accosiate diet with starvation.it doesnt have to be that way.and it usually doesnt work.

instead think "lifestyle chage" only "healthy foods"
